New Service Hours
To provide the best service possible, we’ve made some changes to our business hours.
In-home support is available by appointment Monday – Friday, 9am–6pm, except on bank holidays.
If you call by 11am you’re most likely to be scheduled that same afternoon.
Remote support is by appointment Monday – Friday, 9am–6pm, and Saturdays 9am–6pm. Remote support allows an expert to connect to your computer screen and resolve any issues that don’t require an in-home technician. These are usually software, email and error-message related issues.
You must have a working Internet connection.
This costs less than an in-home appointment for the same task, and you’re more likely to work with an expert to same day you call.
